Seriously, Wonderful 101 and Rayman Legends look fun (which is all that matters). As it is though the 360 and Wii are collecting dust....

So...who wants to make the thread for Wii U accounts? Or are they tied to 3DS stuff? I have a 3DS but never created an account so I guess this doesn't happen yet?
There's a thread that covers all online IDs at the top of the damn page.
lol.
noobs add
Is Hero really trotting out the whole Nintendo system is better because its purer argument? Good lord.
I have a nice PC but have been playing on my 360 lately. Why, because I've been playing Halo. I like my PC but if it doesn't have a game I want to play, I need to go about it some other way.
The type of people who complain about Nintendo not being third party miss the whole point just by saying that. They said the same shit about Sega and look at what happened after they went third-party. We can all dream that Sega's Dreamcast exclusives would've blown up on the PS2 and Xbox and Sega would've been better than ever but that's a fantasy.
No.
I'm saying this, coupled with the notion that other devs are tied to a system and people do not seem upset by it. They buy their PS3 for Uncharted and call it a day. MechDeus makes a point though - no love is lost if someone misses out on a Naughty Dog game. So I guess that's why it's ok that it sits on one system?Quote:

I gave you a reason and Firstblood gave you a reason.
I'm sure the U will get a lot more ports this gen though.
If people are really crying for Nintendo's games to go multiplatform then it's because they want to play them, but buying just a Nintendo console for this last generation meant missing out on a ton of games on their competitors'. It gets a little weird with Nintendo first-party vs. Sony/MS first-party since the former is umbrellaed together and the latter each has a collection of various studios. If Nintendo went 3rd party we wouldn't be talking about one or two series going multiplatform like if Sucker Punch made that same leap. We'd be talking about Zelda, Mario Kart, Paper Mario, Metroid, Pikmin, SSB, Donkey Kong, Fire Emblem, Earthbound, etc.
There are two games coming out for the Wii U that I'd love to play, but it'd be a lot nicer if I didn't have to buy an entire console just for a handful of games.
Maybe in theory we'll get all that, but like I said, look at Sega. We can all laugh at Sega but being a hardware maker who designs games to your hardware and your known audience gives you freedom to do things that EA or Activision cannot.
