You've mentioned it several times before, so excuse me for assuming you were referencing that and acting like you were outside of the "working class"


I don't know why you would come in here to say "sucks for the working class" if you knew you were part of it. Why bother?

The Chinese government takes a proactive approach towards improving the day-to-day lives of Chinese citizens, purely for reasons of self-preservation. The CCP saw what happened to other Communist regimes who ignored the fact that people have two eyes and two ears and can see what is going on around the world.

Do the ends justify the means? That's up to you to decide. But it's what they are doing. The idea that the man in Beijing is not getting help from "anyone but himself" is absolutely absurd.

Because it sucks. What would you have me say?

who benefits from the goals, does not negate that the Chinese work together to achieve them. Don't confuse me calling Mark's shit as advocating their system.


But as it is right now, the Chinese government pays for people to learn many of the skills we learn. All that software Mark knows how to use, China has paid for someone to learn. Sure, they only paid for people to learn it that they wanted to learn it, and those people's skills were used to benefit the government, but the government still paid for it and provided the education.


Mark would have been better off using a country like India for an example. They fit his bogus idea of the world better than China.

This is literally the ONLY WAY TO HELP PEOPLE. Give them ways to help educate and learn in-demand skills. That's a good use of government aid. If someone isn't willing to keep up they are dead weight and will not make the most out of life. There is no way to help those who won't help themselves. Charity is okay. Opportunity is better.

I honestly cannot fathom how someone thinks everyone else owes them their living so much. How we should all fall behind in development so that they can keep their antiquated ways. It's the dumbest possible thing. The only one is benefits are the ones holding everyone back. The issue is we can't force people to do that shit. Not if we value freedom (and lets be real - people today do not. They are fine with corporations and an oligarchy of rich elites make their decisions for them). I am not a fan.

Good skills - math, communication, problem solving and other skills are needed in every profession. The skill set itself can vary.
