I agree that balance is needed and I even agree that we have shit tons of crappy cops in America and other countries have basically only crappy cops at this point in time. I was just commenting on how it's interesting that people who enjoy the benefits of centuries of law enforcement would ever suggest or entertain the idea of no law enforcement. Especially in America where it does much more good than harm.

I don't think it's a very complicated process.
