Let's play some Battlefield, friends.
We should have just played rush. Obliteration really needs a larger squad than just 2 (not that other modes don't need a squad but there is a real need for communication there). I went back and played some rush later, and it was incredible. I love how smooth this game runs on consoles now, and the a majority of the maps are great. The ones I have played on rush are great with 32 players, and the times I have had 64 player conquest are just pure awesomeness. I can't wait for when people can rent their own servers. That was one of the best things when I went back to BF3 after my long break. I am pretty much just going to run through COD's campaign this weekend and sell it. I have no need to play that game when BF4 has just been that amazing so far, even with all the problems it has had.
I probably won't be on tomorrow much at all, but Saturday night and Sunday, if I am not trying to finish, or start, COD, I will be tearing it up on the battlefield.
I'm not sure why I decided to play more Contrast, but the game glitched out and I lost 20 minutes progress. That'll learn me.

The exact same thing happened to me last night. It started running glitchy as hell, and was unplayable until I had to quit the game. I went back to playing Assassin's Creed Black Flag instead, and that game is really growing on me. I'm usually not a fan of open world games or stealth, but this game is interesting enough to keep me going.
I have no eye for graphics, so a lot of the detail is definitely lost on me! It probably is better than the last generation could do and I just have no idea. It does sound like the visuals played a big part in your enjoyment, so that makes sense.
I'm up to chapter 5 in Knack I think. So there is more time for them to change it up.
The entire game is maybe 4 hours? 1 section did glitch out on me twice..
I still really enjoyed it, never felt like it was dumb or not worth the time.

I'm very curious how much this will be. $500 in North America seems plausible.
They better get to it, December is a week(ish) away.
They should just make this a permanent thing. I would buy it for sure at some point. Total win win for Sony.
