Do any current PS4 games use the Vita's "second screen" feature?
I don't mean remote play, I mean the stuff that you can get on a smart phone or tablet.
I tried linking my Vita as the second screen for Battlefield 4, but it did nothing.

So I finally popped in Call of Duty for a few matches. A Call of Duty is gonna Call of Duty, and if you don't like it now you won't like this one, though from what I played I enjoyed it. BUT, god damn could they have at least pretended to care about improving the visuals? (Obvious answer is, no). Black Ops 2 that I was playing just 2 weeks ago on 360 literally looks better in multiplayer.
My Sony loving friend just said the same thing. "Multiplayer looks old." I'm like, WTF does that mean? "The graphics, they look like Modern Warfare 2!"
If it were on 360/PS3 I would say that it looks solid, not great. It's kind of astounding playing BF4 for a few hours, then switching to CoD for the first time and it looking that piss poor. Even Activision is better than the visuals they put out for the "next gen" versions.
I tried it on the PC and it doesn't look that great there either. They need to step their game up big time for this generation.
He meant graphically, I believe.
The way these systems launch and then disappear from the shelves for N weeks with zero updates while potential buyers sit and wait and eBay scalpers feast is just embarrassing. I find it tough to believe that hardware makers are still cool with this. It's not 1996 anymore.
I don't think we'll see that with the PS4. I was reading an interview with one of the Sony execs where he was talking about balancing enough stock to control demand with too much where it has the illusion of not being popular. I don't think this will be a scenario where there are no more until after Christmas or anything like that, and hopefully that severely limits the scalpers' income.
