Publicity. Also, people want what they can't have. I was front and center for this at the ps2 launch. More than one person expressed interest in the system because they couldn't find it, and that meant it had to be bad ass. People sure weren't getting it for Smugglers Run.

So did you and Josh work at the same Funcoland during the PS2 launch that Korly and I had worked at during the Dreamcast launch?

I think half of TNL has worked at Gamestop or one of its related stores at one point or another.

Babbage's for the Saturn launch and the Winter season. Gamestop for the Thanksgiving rush.

The second time was worse than the first. <- This lead to me going to Culinary school.

I got put in the payroll system since my bud was a manager but I never actually worked there.
