Well my PS4 is broke. It has graphical artifacts that jump up all over the screen and freezes or crashed every time I try to load a game. I am trying a initialization to see if it helps at all, but there are artifacts on the screen when that is going on. Already contacted Sony and they are sending me a box to ship it back in, but damn does this suck. Had no signs of anything wrong with it before. Just booted it up from standby mode and when I tried to load BF4, it started acting up. Guess I am the unlucky 1%

I am fairly worried about heat with the PS4. Not that I have anything to go on

Could be a problem, but I had read that the PS4 actually runs cooler than the Xbone and my PS4 has never felt hot to the touch. Must have been one of those sabotaging Foxconn interns. Damn them!

After a couple hours of play the PS4 feels noticeably cooler than the ps3 or 360 do. I was worried about it myself and have been checking the system whenever I finish playing.

Sounds like a GPU issues, I wonder if it's having similar issues the Wii originally had. When it first came out and was in standby mode the fan would never kick in to cool the chip down and it was fucking up GPUs and causing artifacting. Wonder if it's similar here.

So if anyone has a PS Plus account and is going to get a PS4 in the future, make sure you logon to the SEN network and "purchase" the free games each month. This will mean you can download them once you get a PS4.
