Anybody here actually playing the PS3 version? TNL usually pulls 360, local people usually only have PS3s, which makes me lean towards 360. Wanna play locals, I can just you know, stop by.

It's a little puzzling that games can't interact across platforms these days. Surely programmers can solve that one. I would love to be able to play against the 360 crowd.
I just went with a 360. I've been playing AE on PC for a few months, and while it's a really nice version of the game, it's better to play against people I know!

I get a little baffled over Ken sometimes, but other than that, every character is fun to fight against and it doesn't feel like the entire emphasis is just on matchup.

It's real. They're doing a final tweak on the game then moving on, allegedly. Final tweak on Arcade Edition is more likely.

I've been playing Cammy/Fuerte/Hakan/Gen on the PC side lately. Gen's beastly, you should learn him!
Dan counters V-Akuma in Alpha 3. That's pretty damn impressive considering Akuma is ranked third best in the game.
Dan's hop kicks are pretty great! Recovery is nil, very hard to punish.
What kind of alternate costumes does Dan have? I know AE actually makes totally new costumes instead of just palette swapping.
Grass skirt costume, Training pads, and sideways Tengu mask I think? Blanka's Dan costume is the best.

Destro and I made three dudes rage quit today in a public player match room with some serious Sean trolling. I've added Sean's "roll" to my arsenal of trolling moves.

Nasty trick I've been using with Twelve online:
Press taunt to turn invisible, then super jump and do his air super art for 60 damage while the other guy wonders what the heck's going on.
Backwards super jump into forward hang glide followed by air roundhouse is also a dirty deed.
Twelve's clone super art is also decent depending on how well you know the other guy's character, since it halves all the damage you take and gives you a damage boost.
The best is how some random would join the room - I would play the dude, Sean troll and win. Then give up my lobby spot for a repeat Sean troll performance. Get your roll on with a fade away J. Makes em rage quit everytime.
