Rose is too well equipped.

Nah. Rose can't combo into Ultra off of lows or off of a wake up, not that she has a good wake up to begin with. Plus Ultra 1 is slow as balls.

Rose is not amazing. Louffy is.

Although.... That ultra 2 is something special. He almost went out to snake, and I don't think snake could have handled bonchan. Rose on the other hand seems like a solid counter pick to the best fireball char in the game.
