I have a level 100 Engi in all orange gear max enchanted with only stats so I have obsurd game breaking Armor and damage. I'll kill everything for you if you want.

Seriously its insane what you can do in this game, I have over 600 of every stat. Shit is broken.

Figured I'd start splitting up the TL2/D3 talk. Here's some of the mods I use:

Synergies Mod: This adds the necromancer class and bunches of various changes. Make sure to always grab the latest version since abilities sometimes conflict, and in fact just updated today with a new passive and some tweaks. My necro isn't as high level as this guy but it's the same playstyle I'm using:



Adds six new skills for the engineer: Sticky bombs and blast hammer are both really great.

Berserker and embermage tweaks: I mostly use it for passives to last five minutes instead of 30-60 seconds.

Legendary socketable: Someone added in a legendary class gem since the game has support for it even though they aren't included.

For the sake of conversation and my laziness - is there any sort of Endless Dungeon mod being worked on or present for the game?

The game essentially already has such a thing with Mapworks. Each map is somewhat short at two levels and then a boss, but you can keep buying and playing them forever (as far as I know).

Or is there something more specific that you're looking for?

Its there something I'm doing wrong? Synergies mod crashes my torchlight. Even with no other mods installed.no idea what I'm doing wrong

Basic question time:

You're just dropping the two files (Synergies.PAK and Synergies.PAK.MAN) into your PAKS folder, right? For me it's E: \Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Torchlight II\PAKS
Are you using the most recent version?
Are you getting an error message or does it just try to boot up and then crash?

These aren't "real" mods so it's pretty plug and play, as long as everything is where it should be then I'm not sure what the issue might be. If you're using the Steam version did you try running a file check?

I am. I don't remember if i got it through steam or not. I don't open steam to run it. And it just straight crashes while trying to load.

Every other mod I've tried works just fine. Synergies is the only one i have issues with.and I'm using 1.44

What version of Torchlight II do you have? Is it 1.21 (it says in the lower left when you boot it up)?

I'm not even really turning up anything for Synergies crash issues aside from an out of memory error (which someone made a patched executable to fix).
