Thankfully this horrible Packer less NFL weekend is over. I'm thinking San Diego might win only because Green Bay hasn't lost to them since the 80s and they are due.

The crock of shit that is NFL Sunday Ticket is down to $199.99! What a steal!
The 2011 Colts may be the worst team of my lifetime after today. Their weighted DVOA is just a smidge better than the 0-16 Lions in 2008 and if Atlanta puts up a 62-7 game, it'll be worse.
That team was coming in flawed this year even with Manning but you can't convince me they'd have been worse than 5-3 through 8 games.
I agree with the 5-3. They botched the whole thing though. They never should have brought in Collins. Doing that cost Painter preseason reps and needed practice after building up two seasons worth of rust. So it's maybe three wins for Manning and two more for personnel management.
edit: I want punch whoever decided I wanted to watch Washington/San Francisco or Buffalo/Jersey B. I chose the latter, and it's nothing but slop. It's like an INT contest for the QBs.
edit2: The Bills just gained like 20 yards by throwing a pick and then recovering a fumble on the next play. It must be nice if you're the Patriots to play in that garbage division.
It'll never happen though. The Ravens and Steelers have too strong a rivalry for example. It's the same reason the Cowboys can't be in the NFC South or West, which would be awesome. The bitch is that the NFC East has been strong for 40 years. So there is no cycle involved there. In fact, this year may be the weakest it's been, but it may not end up that way.
I liked the old three divisions per conference scheme.
Bring back the AFC Central! I miss Tennessee having yearly rivalry games with Baltimore, Cincy and Pittsburgh.
That's how you know no one cares about your team. You get moved out of a division. Other examples include the Cardinals.
One thing I like about the Seahawks is that they don't appear to quit. Even though I wanted them to before the season started.
That and Tarvaris Jackson is better than Tim Tebow.
