With Cave all but going away, there really is no point. Hopefully M2 will apply more common sense to their platform choices.
What game has Cave *ever* made that warrants a generation change? Most developers don't have any reason whatsoever to make the jump.
I'm not talking about a generational change. I'm talking about supporting a piece of hardware with no install base in their target market.
To answer your question though, Ketsui apparently wouldn't run on PS2, so...
