That's only if you have the Kinect. As an interface, it takes many more button presses to get to your desired content or app.

Switching is fine but the lag between startup is quite long...sometimes I feel like I am the Neo Geo CD.

It's not broken. Stop clicking on it. If you can't manage to stop clicking on it, buy a new mouse or just practice internetting a few hours each day. Eventually you'll master it.

When you're switching windows and just click in the blue space because you can't see that awful logo, that doesn't help. Josh already asked you to change it too.
