I want to try that bacon purée you're topping on some burgers. Curious to see if it's as satisfying as the real thing.
I'd suggest adding a rye to your alcohol menu. I prefer crown, forty creek, or just about anything to canadian club.
I just read this thread from start to finish, haven't eaten yet, and my mouth is watering. Awesome stuff man. If / when I ever get over to the US I will definitely come spend a lot of money there.

Like a $2 door charge and we play films that you can't see on big screens around here. Maybe once a month - we're looking at getting a 100" screen and a blu ray projector. But they're expensive and we want to gauge some interest.
