Just got the second immersion circulator, a tofu press, and 2 vegetarian books to try and keep the vegetable dishes interesting. I'm weak in that area.

I'm getting a dehydrator I think. I'm going to have a mushroom surplus soon.

Get an Excalibur model one.

You have a very busy nine days ahead of you.

It's not as bad as it looks - really just a matter of the floors and some plumbing now. Floors, bar/bath plumbing monday, windows tuesday, floor curing wed and thursday, setting the tables/equipment thursday night, and final inspection Friday.

Looks awesome.
