A lot of old pizza huts in MS have those windows. There was one in meridian like that, that had been converted into creole restaurant. They would truck in bread from a bakery in LA for all their meals. Place looked like shit, but damn if those fried alligator and crawdad sandwiches weren't good. Oh and the waffle fries and sweet tea. hmmmmm

Also: when my boss was in town, I had $16 blackened catfish at a high end Tex-Mex joint. It was good, but I can bet you do better.
