Week 3 has been better than week 2! Couple of chefs have started trickling in and everyone's impressed. A lot of jealous vibes flying our way. The former sous chef of the nicest place in town said our sweetbreads were the second best he's ever had. Nigga worked at The French Laundry. We're doing something right.

We have an 80% on urbanspoon. Some folks just aren't going to get it - we're serving modern food to people who don't normally get it. It's bound to fuck up a few people.
