Oooo one of my local theaters is doing it. I may go see it next thursday.

Yeah. I heard about this 5 days ago. A lot of theaters are JUST NOW getting dates up, even though thursday is the first show time.

It's playing on Thursday 3 weeks in a row at Movie Tavern here! I know what Truck & I will be doing.

I miss having the VHS of this movie.

I had a copy my dad taped for me on Beta. And he taped the music video and the "Frankenstein" Halloween music video before it to.

This was one of about half a dozen movies I had pretty much ruined VHS copies of as a kid because I watched it too much.

I don't own a single movie on bloo ray, but I toy with the idea of having the exact set of tapes we had growing up on VHS sometimes. Hi def is pointless next to pure nostalgia.

Which is kind of why I don't go ahead and do that.

Well, if it makes you feel better, the transfer on the blue ray is not 100% throughout. Some spots still have the grain.
