I had an awesome moment where the streaming apparently stopped because the street went pure, solid gray and my car started to sink like it was water. Then a couple moments later everything was fine again. That's the only problem I've had so far.
The writing is great, definitely the best of the series. I also really like the snap-to of the aiming, which eliminates a lot of the clumsiness there.
I haven't had any graphical glitches at all. Game looks amazing.
Ragdolling off the pier instead of diving: hilarious.
I love how instead of burning for 10 seconds before blowing up now cars explode on impact
