I can power it up, but there is no video output. I can reseat all the things, but nothing helps until 72 hours unplugged from the wall.

Does your CPU have an integrated gpu you can test out?
It does not, and I don't have another card to throw in.
This is Chux's old computer, btw, and unless it took a shit while he was handing it to me it's a settings issue. Maybe? When I boot up it tells me settings have been changed, I go in and they're all correct.
My first thought hearing that is the CMOS battery, maybe look into that?
Thats the VMU battery looking thing that I can replace at Radio Shack, right?
Yea that's the one.
Also the same battery in the remote for my Apple TV that died yesterday. Good timing.
To Radio Shack I go.
How the hell... the only thing that could even realize it's been 72-hours is the BIOS, since it has the CMOS battery.
edit: Got damn it. I followed Josh's link and didn't realize people had already replied. At least my late thought matches Diff's.
Yes, it's a CMOS issue. The good thing is that resetting/replacing the battery will also automatically restore the MOBO/BIOS to factory settings. If it still doesn't boot at that point something about it is fucked. Count the post beeps if it still misbehaves after replacing the battery.
Here's a chart for the number of post beeps and what it means:

We'll see soon enough.
