I stopped at this little shop i rarely visit because their prices are usually insane. They have a buy 2 get 1 free sale on classic stuff. I think i did alright.
Nice! Joe & Mac goes for at least $15-$25 in that condition, so you made out nicely. Truxton is the bomb, too.
I picked up a (boxed) Commodore 64C from a member at Retrogaming Roundtable for $70 shipped.
Thats the one i have! Ive read it has compatability issues, but ive never run into any problems.
It has a cheaper version of the SID soundchip, so there are some sounds that get filtered out. I haven't done a side-by-side comparison of it with my older C64.Quote:
