Way more Mega Man than Metal Slug, IMO. You can fire upwards, that's about the chief difference in the play mechanics.
Race the Sun 1.0 was released today, as was the beta for Sir, You Are Being Hunted. Volgarr the Viking is coming soon, and I got The Pinball Arcade PC beta (all tables unlocked for the duration of the beta) last week. Not a bad month at all.

The Volgarr beta is available now. I played only fifteen minutes or so, but the combat feels very satisfying and meaty. The creators describe it as Rastan meets Super Ghouls and Ghosts, and that's exactly how it feels. (No Zuntata though.)Quote:
