Did I seriously just go through the tutorial and it was all "here are the controls and pull the trigger to do super moves" and didn't even try to explain how you're supposed to win a match?

For the record, this game is pretty good.
This new DLC is not.
Kat from Gravity Rush is pretty great. She zips here and there and can pretty much get anywhere on the screen with the right combo. Her supers are REALLY difficult to land, though.
Gun guy from game I've never heard of is just like the rest of the gun guys in this game only he can call NEW guns FROM THE SKY. Slow, boring, awful. Boo boo boo.
The Heavenly Sword/Wipeout stage seems half-finished. once the track appears, nothing much else happens. Cars barely show up. It's almost as if something was SUPPOSED to happen on the stage, but then massive layoffs and the severing of a business partnership happened before they were finished with it. That sounds ridiculous though, right?
The characters are free, though! Grab 'em before they cost money!
New characters coming end of March: Isaac from Dead Space and fucking Zeus
New stage is Medieval/Unfinished Swan
This has got to be free on PS+ like, any day now, right?
