I saw it tonight with a group of friends who are in their early 20's. I was the only one who got the Westworld reference. :cry:

I'd easily put this one up above IM2 and only repeated viewing over the next few years will tell if it can hold up like IM1 has for me.

Saw it again tonight. Just as enjoyable as the first viewing, maybe even better. Felt shorter the second time around. The Mandarin was a blast to watch again and so were the scenes with Tony and the kid.

Interesting note: When I saw it midnight opening night, the after the credits scene with Tony and Bruce happened right after the animated credits ended and before the regular credits rolled. Tonight, after the animated credits the regular credits rolled without the scene. We didn't stick around to see if it showed after the regular credits either. Not sure what's up with that.

It was after the regular credits in my theater last night.

To Aren: It's called a Post Credits scene for a reason. You know show it ... after the fucking credits.

I will repeat: when I saw it the scene during the midnight release, it showed right after the ANIMATED CREDITS, the credits that had scenes from all the Iron Man films. After it showed, the normal black and white credits rolled. When I saw it last night, the scene DIDN'T show right ANIMATED CREDITS. The he normal black and white credits just rolled. We didn't stick around to see if it showed after, but I'm assuming it did since you guys are saying that's when you saw it.

It's not that big a deal, just thought it was noteworthy.

and I will repeat a Post-Credits scene is after ALL of the credits are shown. You're Midnight showing did something special. Treasure it, cause every other FUCKING theater in the US is showing it AFTER THE FUCKING CREDITS.
