Yes but no. There's no sex scene, but if you sleep in a bed while accompanied by a companion you've maxed out your bond with, you wake up with the "lover's embrace" temporary perk.
Fuck Bethesda for making virtual crack. This game is an addiction!
Played for about 90 minutes yesterday and it was a shockingly bug-free experience. Except for Rad Roaches, of course.

The only issue I ran into was connecting the Pip Boy app, because I didn't realize Windows had popped up one of those damn feature approval windows in the background. Obviously that has nothing to do with Bethesda.
The Pip Boy is fantastic. The case is huge and well done. The Pip Boy itself comes with one of the CR032 (think Saturn or VMU) batteries so that it can light up, and the app really does seem to replace the need to pop up the in-game equivalent. Once I'm done with the game, I (or more accurately my wife) will display it somewhere, likely alongside our NECA BioShock Splicer mask. In before nerds.jpg.
I thought folks hated the idea of companion apps/having to look at a second screen for console games, but slap it on your wrist with a huge hunk of plastic and it becomes fantastic? Or is there something about the design of the app that makes it so useful, even without a Pip Boy it's worth checking out?Quote:

About 5 hours in over here and only one game crash, but it was the same thing my PS4 occasionally does which is just end the program for no real reason and ask me to send an error report. Happened right near the conclusion of the second main quest in Conchord (sp?). Just finished building a nice two story house for my little group, I LOVE that there is base building in this, like I really needed another activity besides looting every single container in the world and using VATS on every roach and boatfly I see. I've spent so much time just cleaning up junk and turning it into parts, and have been wholly satisfied while doing it! Had some really creepy white fog roll in a couple of (game) days ago, just blanketed the whole town and I thought for sure I was going to be attacked by something, nope, just an awesome weather effect. It looks amazing and plays just like it should. Mama Murphy is probably my favorite character right now, she's nuts and a junkie and just funny to mess with. Really glad that your servant robots retain their joke mode ala 3, they remind me of dad jokes and I chuckle at every one. The writing seems well done and doing the same part twice using different dialogue choices wielded nice changes in what was said, makes me want to go "polite" through the whole game and eventually do it all again as a sarcastic asshole. And the perks are great, I agree that it's going to encourage a LOT of replay to get everything leveled up, glad to see Mysterious Stranger makes a return. Level 6 already and I've barely scratched the surface of ANYTHING.
Anyone know what I need to scrap to get crystal? I'm trying to build a communications tower.
