Lets call a truce and go install DOTA.
I bet Advocate has never even played this game and just came in here to fellate josh who probably was only sort of half-serious with his "tekken" because he's IRLBFF with Korly and you're all only talking about wrestling because Advocate is the worst.
Actually you're probably serious about Tekken. But still. There's a "you're making fun of liking Tekken in a thread about a MOBA FFS" post in here somewhere. Whatever.
I bet this game is alright especially with friends, like most MOBAs.
What are you the XBLA White Knight
I mentioned this in the wrestling thread but I think it's like how some people really love a particular sports team and even if that team has 8 shitty seasons in a row they still watch every game because THIS could be the game where they turn everything around.
It's also because those 2 hours a week that I like are 2 hours of one of my favorite things so I take the bad with the good.
As a lifelong Browns fan I can say that it's not the same at all.
Now if Vince dies and someone else takes charge maybe things will get better. But I doubt it. At least in Football every year has new players and sometimes Coaches/ownership change and even if they fail, it's a new way to fail.
Those people are crazy. I say this as a Mets fan. I follow the team good or bad but I'm not gonna waste my time watching a 70 win club stink it up. There are no miracles.
But on any given night someone can give an amazing promo, or have an amazing match, or a new character or gimmick can really catch fire.
I remember the night Nexus debuted and completely decimated the ring and ringside area, there was no indication that something like that was in the works. It just came out of nowhere and revitalized the whole show for a few months.
Daniel Bryan and CM Punk have pretty much kept hope alive on this place turning around someday, and had a good 6 months worth of awesome matches together last year.
But whatever. Happy Wars.
