Racing game - Probably F-Zero, or maybe an arcade game I can't remember.
Computer Game - Aside from Math Blasters or Oregon trail on the Macs at school... Warcraft II
Console game - Super Mario Bros/Duck Hunt
FPS - Doom on PlayStation
Adventure game - Willy Beamish on Sega CD.
Online MP game - Duke 3D on Kali
JRPG? Shiing in the Darkness I think. Briefly saw things like Zelda and some NES rpg I've never seen again. Lunar 1 was the first one I played on my own and beat.
Racing game? Pole position or something else on the atari.
Computer game? Something on that atari you could build into a computer. Maybe ducks ahoy, moon patrol, some Sesame street game I can't remember
Console game? Somethig atari, Altered Beast on the Gen.
FPS? Wolfenstein
Point n' click Adventure game? Kings Quest or Willy Beamish
Online multiplayer game? Quake
JRPG:
Phantasy Star. I had never seen anything like it, but when I saw the box I knew I had to have it. It was like $10 used at the flea market, which was the most expensive game I had ever seen, and I asked my dad for an advance on my allowance so I could get it. I think if I had known it was $80 in the store at the time I'd have lost my shit.
Racing game:
Pole Position, I think. I couldn't say for sure if it was the Atari version or the arcade though.
Computer game:
Artillery Duel, or some freeware clone thereof.
Console game:
Berzerk (Atari 2600)
FPS:
Catacomb Abyss. I miiiight have played Wolfenstein first, but Catabyss was the first one I owned and beat. I bought all the sequels too, but I only had an EGA computer so I couldn't get Wolfenstein or Doom until 1994.
Point n' click Adventure game:
Transylvania (Apple II) was my first graphical adventure, and Hugo's House of Horrors was the first one I actually owned. Neither were point-and-click, of course, but I'm going to assume you just mean "real adventure games" rather than the control method.
Online multiplayer game:
Not 100% sure, but I can tell you for sure I was a late bloomer. Maybe Unreal Tournament or PSO?

Some of these are when I was between 1-2 years old and that might also be where some real firsts are lost to memory, so these aren't necessarily the most accurate.
JRPG - Dragon Warrior. I hated RPGs back then, but this may have been an irrational hate not based on any prior experience. This is the first one I'm positive of.
Racing game - Pole Position.
Computer game - This I can't even pretend to get a clear image of, it was probably Oregon Trail or Carmen Sandiago. There was also this Asteroids-esque game for Macs called something about gems or jewels that I played the living fuck out of after class.
Console game - Pick a random game on Atari.
FPS - Wolfenstein 3D. This I clearly remember as being the future.
Point n' click Adventure game - Shadowgate, I think. Might've been something before that. [edit] Might've been a King's Quest and/or Space Quest in here. Not sure when I played those series.
Online multiplayer game - Pretty sure it was Nethack. I didn't really care for it too much, only played like 30 minutes. I didn't have the internet at home yet so I only tried it at school and the only PC that could connect to the internet was my instructor's so I had to use his for it, as the rest were just networked for playing Doom. I might've gotten into it if I had played from home.
You know, when it said computer game, I was strictly thinking IBM compatible. If I count Apples and Commodores and what-not, I seriously have no idea.
It's alright, nobody really cares about your (or anyone else's) list.
I would say anything that you could buy a printer for and write programs for was a home computer.
