He presented it as those kinds of feelings were innate in leaders.
He also asserted that capitalism was dependent on the owners of capital and means coercing away the fruits of a laborer's efforts in full or in part. That wealth was built by skimming off of the income from those things produced. His writings implied that a superior system would be the laborer receiving all of the income from the things produced.
He just really seemed to undervalue or distrust leaders of any form and didn't really think what they were doing was worth any extra reword.
I could be wrong. I haven't read all of his stuff. But I've never seen anything by him that had anything positive to say about leadership. Hell, I've never seen anything by him that accounted for investing or risk, either.
Mr. Tickle was there from the beginning. We know he exists because the Mr. Tickle book exists. Who else could have written it?
