Caps are drying out left and right. I've stopped taking them in. I've had three in a row that worked perfectly fine when I bought them, and within a few weeks have lost sound or brightness.
I've contemplated trying to learn to fix them, but I'm quite the novice when it comes to a soldering iron and Gohan said they're a bitch.
Mod the screen and replace the caps. Best GG ever.
