I've only played Enter the Dominatrix, but I thought it was a really fun idea. I typically don't do DLC, but it was an example of when I'm okay with that kind of content. So, if it's $4 for that and everything else, I'd say it's worth it.
Edit: Just saw that the season pass only includes two DLC missions and one weapon, which I think is kind of ridiculous for a "season pass". But, if you're looking at paying $2 for each mission, I'd say that Dominatrix is worth that price. Having tried the Christmas DLC yet, so can't speak to that.

Yeah the season pass is pretty light on content but for $4 I was like "eh fuck it".

Yeah, it just went on sale on Steam. $10 for the game, but I can buy the Franchise Pack for $18.75 that includes SR 2, SR 3 and all it's DLC, and SR 4 and all it's DLC. But I already have 3 and all it's DLC from the last Steam sale and I hear 2 is a hot mess on PC, so I'm wondering if it's worth ponying up the extra 8.75 for SR4's DLC or just buy the game itself.

I just bought SRIV and the season pass, with the latter appearing to include the only two pieces of actual content in giant list of DLC.

I will gladly purchase this excellent game because I didn't purchase it the first time. They should totally include Saints Row 3 though.
