A bit unfair. That was a very game-concentrated showing, which was what Microsoft needed to do. Lots of negativity surrounding One...deservedly, in many cases...but the games showed were easily respectable for an initial E3. I've seen a lot worse over the years. Also, $499 seems very reasonable to me. Phones and tablets cost that and more, and these days $499 is probably not the barrier it once was, for someone with a job anyway.
Now to see what Sony does...
