Think you want - - Dave and Iron Plant's personal experiences are irrelevant. And I'm not saying any particular person should buy a new Xbox or any product. All I'm saying is that the notion of a new "console" priced in the $300s seems absurdly unrealistic (I suppose Sony could surprise me), and that -- DRM issues aside -- Xbox One pricing seems in line with other high-ish end consumer electronics products that people piss money away on every day of the week. If you think it's awful, you still have the liberty of not buying one - - unlike with your health insurance.

New bad news: Titanfall is "entirely multiplayer."
