Mario Kart 8 looks promising too. Super Mario 3D World is good stuff. I only have one level to beat and it's insane (in a good way). Lately, I have been playing the original Donkey Kong Country Returns on Wii U. I will be getting Pikmin 3 and I still need to play Wonderful 101 and Sonic and Sega Racing Transformed. I also have some pinballs to play thanks to the Zen discount and no thanks to Farsight. At least I have the Steam version of Pinball Arcade to play since the other systems I have got screwed over (aside from iPad 1, surprisingly).
