Noitu Love 2 is fantastic! I've seen Legend of Princess before but haven't bothered to play it, so I'm downloading it now.
It's really fun! The youTube videos kinda of chew it up, it's super slick in motion.

Someone posted about Legend of Princess a couple of years ago. I played some of it and thought it was really sharp. The Iconoclasts looks really good. I have to check that one out.

So, whenever Wayforward or whoever complains about 'we didn't have the budget to make this good or interesting'... think of this guy, making amazing stuff in his basement, putting staffs of people to shame.
For Legend of Princess, he designed, programmed, created an entire library of art assets, animation, backgrounds, and wrote an 8-track OST, and the damn thing is higher-quality than most published GBA games. Because he liked Zelda and thought he could one-up Zelda II, so why not. Quietly drops it on his website for free and moves on to the next thing.
NOBODY is doing this at this level.

I paid $20 for Noitu Love 2 when it came out and have zero regrets. This gentleman makes awesome games.
Did Legend of Princess ever get finished? The one I played a few years ago was demo length. It would have made an awesome full game.
I think that's all it is; a quick score-based game. Since it's just a tribute I doubt he has any plans to take it further, especially since he's still working on original projects.
