Persona 5 for PS3 in 2014 (Teaser site no longer!)

I don't know why you'd be surprised. P2 was a post-PS2 release in the US (half of it was post everything), P3 was just before PS3 in Japan, didn't make it to the US until well after, and P4 was a whole 2 years after the PS3 release. Both Raidou Kuzunoha games were the same.
The last gen was terrible for Japan (cue Yoshi), this was more expected than ever

i still don't know why everyone was in such a hurry to dump the PS3 when it's just now finally becoming worthwhile and the PS4 will be boring for the next 5, 6 years IF NOT FOREVER

By the time this comes out over here PS3's will be $49.99 and come with a free thanksgiving dinner.

i wish PS2 was $49.99. i could use another one of those...

How could you be blindsided by P5 on PS3 when Catherine is a thing that exists? That had P5 training written all over it.

The new one is looking up though. Pikmin and Mario 3D World will be the two best current gen games for months it appears.

I'd have been shocked if Atlus announced a next-gen RPG. There's no reason to ever believe that was a possibility.

I am perfectly happy to finally get a PS3 one.
