It's worth playing through the marine campaign, plus the survivor mode is fun in multiplayer, though I doubt anyone is still playing at this point.

I can't do it. The paper-scissors-rock defense thing is really bad in that game.

Yeah the melee system in that game is garbage.

I just try to limit myself from using it.

Played a little bit of this on 360 tonight and have decided to wait for the PC version to go any further.

360 CHUGS in open areas, really inexcusable. That said the atmosphere has been perfect, and I'm cautious to go around any corner. About a half hour in and I haven't run into the titular character.

I'm hoping against hope that the PS3 version is any good.

I love that they actually say the campaign should be shorter. More reviewers should consider that possibility for improvement in many games.
