Well, yeah, but a lot of reviewers and idiot consumers have pushed them away from it.
I remember people whining about Portal 1 being too short (despite being perfect), so I think developers have been gun-shy about it since.
All the reviews I'm reading say the game goes on longer than it should. Seems to be sharply dividing critics.
I don't think it's being sharply divided by critics, as much as showing which outlets are foolish.
Polygon, IGN and Gamespot gave it 6.5, 5.9 and 6 while others are 8s and 9s.
Yeah, Eurogamer's reviews are usually the most spot on IMO, so I'm sold.
Like I said, the atmosphere and other future from the 70's tech feel is there. That'll be the same on whatever platform you play, so I'm stoked to get the PC version on release.
