I know some very senior guys at Sega (including the CEO) and when they have come over to my place, they have commented before that they may request to borrow some stuff from me as they don't have copies back at the office archives which are poorly maintained.
Honestly, I could establish an arcade museum with the rare stuff that I have but there is no way it would pay for itself. lol
Is there any recent pictures you have of what you own so far? I'd love to see what the fuck you have collected over the years. Also why the fuck have you not shared any stories about this shit? lol
Oh and I meant by taking care of it was not so much as dumping it but preserving the hardware as best you can. Old stuff like this belongs in some sort of museum tho I would love to see what the total cab looked like originally.
VITA: Soul Sacrifice (bought at GS, $30) & a JPN 64 GB Memory Card ($135 shipped, should arrive either tomorrow or Wed.)
JXD S7800B: Android game console with 7" screen & dual-stick controls similar to PS Vita. Got this for $168 shipped. Robert Broglia's PCE.EMU & NEO EMU run perfect. SNES emulation is also well done- Super Turrican 1 & 2 will run fine without slowing to a crawl as they do on PSP SNES9x. Raided my stash of 32GB Micro SDHC cards to pop one into this. N64 Star Soldier Vanishing Earth works great, but Doom 64 is too glitchy to bother.
Not much more to tell, my son. If you arent an @gamer member (basically the same as gamestops $15 a year mag sub deal) then you cant get the deal.
I have little interest in the game. Whenever you're ready to settle up for that other stuff, maybe this copy will find its way into the box.
Sweet.
I am actually redoing my in house retro environment/library room at the moment - will take pics once it is done but I keep 99% of my arcade stuff in a secured external storage area.
This is a WIP shot from a week ago.

Here is a low res picture of Netmerc.

The 32 gig cards are only $40 on sale at Gamestop today. Wouldn't it make more sense to just get 2 32s for $80 instead of 1 64 for $135?
Who cares. It's irrelevant compared to that Netmerc thing.
From now on this thread is only bizarre and rare gaming paraphernalia. Please come back when you have a boxed copy of Bound High.
I think I played Netmerc at Circus Circus in Las Vegas one million years ago.
Though it might have been the Excalibur.
