Well, yeah, this wasn't intended to be a complete overhaul like space exploration would be. This is just a combat thing that characters of any level can participate in (it uses a unique set of currency to buy parts, though you can use unlocked crew members as partners) and is free for everyone unlike their normal expansions. Having something about a war effort, however, would be nice. In Star Conflict there are three factions that players can pick from (and can switch between) and there's an overall map that shows how each faction is faring, which gives access to selecting specific areas or some such. Having nothing in a far more expansive MMO seems a bit weird, even if it was just a cosmetic thing.
Killzone: Mercenary - It's almost like forcing myself to play through. It's beautiful for a portable but the combat is just kind of there, the levels feel tiny, and the alternate objectives seem purposefully unclear at times. There's really nothing compelling here besides the graphics and feels like a solid step down from Killzone 3.
Warframe - One of my friends started playing this so I'm getting back into it, and they've made so many improvements and upgrades since I last played that I feel like a whole expansion got added. So damn good.
I tried playing Warframe a few times. I log onto a map and everyone just races to the exit. I must be missing something because it's like the worst thing ever.
I can play, for example, ME3 with randoms and have a great time.
Fable Anniversary: They should be ashamed of themselves edition.
Yet another shoddy "HD MASTERED" garbage cash in.
I still like the game, original foibles and all. But there is no excuse for the problems that this thing has performance wise. Guess I'll just play through Lost Chapters on my original xbox instead.
That bad?
Bravely Default is very very good.
Tearing ass through Dynasty Warriors 7 so I can play 8.
