Cerberus board - finishing up a 360 Madcatz TE fightstick, figured it would be nice to use it on a system I actually own.

Did you build the whole thing from mail order? I've thought about building some sticks since making a new bud that has a wood shop and loves arcade machines.
I picked up a 360 BlazBlue stick a couple years back, took it apart and promptly forgot about it, I figured I would finish it last weekend. New buttons, new spring, octo gate, plexiglass top, new art.
I suppose I could build one from scratch now from what I learned reworking this one. Learning to solder would be the only tricky part.
Making a box for a new case would be extremely easy, I think. Shop class stuff.
Doing it from scratch, I think screw-in buttons would be the way to go.
