For exercise gaming, it's NPR. Fewest programming breaks among anything broadcast on FM, and the regional oriented programs are decent as well. As long as I'm not listening in the evening hours, I'm OK.
When I play something online or something that's grindy (D3) and I'm by this PC here, I'll listen to the live cast off of here: http://fukuchiyama.fm-tanba.jp/ . I've been trying to work on improving my Japanese comprehension and I came to realize that I should have the language in the back of my head while I can do so. This is the station that I've found which has the most frequent content that is spoken and not musical (though there's plenty of songs that come around anyway).
