Oh, I'm an idiot. This was for rentals...for some reason, I thought they made cases for just the instructions (well, not really...I couldn't possibly believe that)
Did you guys not have the Permastruct rental cases?
no I never saw that before
They were cool! They were kind of 'ProTips' obvious most of the time, but it was a nice thought.
There was a double sided decal inside of every rental case, if your store bought in to it.

Oh man! EROLS had Permastruct cases!
All the local rental shops around here used them. Most of the places included the manual but once a game had been there for a few months they always disappeared and those tips were all you got. Perfectly fine most of the time but it made some games like RotTK and most other KOEI titles almost unplayable.
