There's nothing really special about a legit USB Saturn Pad, it's just a standard USB input device. It should work with any application that doesn't freak out because the device doesn't have analog.

Fair warning for the casual browser, the bootleg USB Saturn Pads break very fast, the build quality is bullshit. False idol.

I agree, but the fake Saturn USB pads don't have anything special about them either and the only post on the Cronus forums about this subject is with a fake Saturn pad and it doesn't work. It's like they program specific device ID's into the firmware.
