If that's the same style bar thing I used to have, I loved it. It wasn't mine so I was sad when I had to give it back up, and my arm strength took a noticeable dip afterwards. I didn't even try to exercise on it, but just having it around meant I was randomly doing pull-ups way more than I realized.
