I guess he just couldn't stop trolling Belichick.
It will be interesting to see how Rex handles a team with good D and no QB the second time around. At least we know the Bills will be no cake walk for the Pats now.
Yeah, that's what was weird to me...I mean, I don't know the guy but I would think he'd do well with the Bears. See if he can't get a below-average D (even if it's not his scheme) up to par and get a good OC to have the offense humming.
Instead he's moving across the state with the same kind of team.
He would have made a great fit on the Falcons. Plenty of talent on offense and a defense that could really use his expertise.
The Bills have to be planning on getting a new QB. If that team had even an average QB they would have walked into the playoffs. Surely they will be able to find a guy like that in free agency.
Philadelphia bets the farm, Kelly gets Mariota, Tampa Bay get Foles and McCoy and Sanchez somehow makes his way to the Bills
lol
seems odd to me though, the Bills go 9-7 for the first time in forever, the new coach flat out quits and new QB Orton says 'eh, I think I'll retire' at 32 after playing pretty damn well
I guess he didn't play that well, but for a guy who didn't start until the 5th game, I thought he did pretty decently
Ravens love to whine.
Quote:
Saturday night’s win by the Patriots over the Ravens included an offensive innovation thatgot under the skin of Ravens coach John Harbaugh. To say the least. The Patriots used four offensive linemen and made one of the otherwise eligible receivers ineligible, with the apparent goal of confusing the Ravens regarding who would be running a pass route, and who would be staying in to block.
Patriots quarterback Tom Brady was asked about the controversy by reporters after the win.
“I don’t know,” Brady said. “Who knows? Maybe those guys gotta study the rule book and figure it out. We obviously knew what we were doing and we made some pretty important plays. It was a real good weapon for us. Maybe we’ll have something in store next week.”
But what about Harbaugh’s claim that it was deceptive, and that the league would look at it?
“They’ll look at it then,” Brady said. “I don’t know what’s deceiving about that. [They] should figure it out.”
Right or wrong, legal or illegal, deceptive or in plain sight, it worked. And that’s all that matters at this point. The Patriots found a way to move their postseason home record against the Ravens to 2-2, as the Patriots continue to achieve far more than anyone thought they would when they started the 2014 season at 2-2.
It's certainly more than Buffalo.
I can't say I'm not a little bit nervous about this game. We'll see how Rodgers looks in the 1st couple of series.
Go Cowboys!
