whhaaa?? dude that is awesome.
How bad is that game though? I remember playing it as a kid and thinking it was the coolest thing every but I bet it doesn't really hold up.
You move slow and it's hard as fuck.
The audio is amazing, though.
It's one of the few games that actually fits the aspect ratio of the big video boards I build at work, so I keep a copy of the ROM and MAME on my laptop for 'testing'. There's a three-screen Darius game that's pretty rad as well.
Edit: Oh, shit! There it is at the end of the video!
This guy has great taste in arcade games. Those throwback arcade sequences in Bayonetta make perfect sense now.
The arcade games are cool, but this is a really great interview. Hopefully some people see this and think twice before shitting all over a game they don't like in the first 10 minutes. I'm suddenly a big fan of this guy, thanks for posting this.
how is anybody not already a Kamiya fan
cmon
I know the name, and I know the games, but I don't usually feel much connection with a producer (or any kind of name) until I hear more about them. And often when I find out about people, I end up liking them less.
