Remake Culture

I'd play them again at higher res and framerate. This gives me an excuse to replay them.

PS3? Gross.

I never got far in U3, and I could totally replay the other two games again, so cool. Really sucks about the multiplayer, though, as it was surprisingly good.

Have we all forgotten how terrible this game was? The entire thing is one big escort mission and you manage your inventory by dropping garbage all over the floor.

Not really. Character switching was done well and it has a better inventory system than most games in the series.

It's been years since I have and they're basically 8 hour movies.

This is like the blu-ray experience of a movie you watched on DVD years ago and totally liked.

I wish Capcom would actually put some effort into these and remake RE 2 and 3 instead of just giving facelifts to games that already look good.

Is there anybody even left at Capcom who would do those with any sort of care? I think the ship for those sailed in the Game Cube days.
