The world never felt pre apocalyptic to me. There were several pretty nice areas. I just assumed the poor areas were a result of classism

Playing Ultimate NES Remix on 3DS. It does a good job at breathing new life into early NES stuff. I still hate how slow NES Donkey Kong is, though. I mostly played the speedy VIC 20 version back in the day.
The Talos Principle.
You guys are going to love this when you decide to stop waiting for 3 dollar Steam sales. Or when it hits 3 dollars on Steam, whatever.
I was planning on snagging that.
I finished the all the existing episodes of Saturday Morning RPG, which is fun but left me feeling unfulfilled since the final episode has yet to be completed. Apparently the sales sucked and the guys making it ate working on a final episode between other projects that actually pay the bills.
Episodic gaming, bleh.
I'm really irritated about Mind Control Tech being all over the meta right now in Hearthstone because it ruins my favorite class: Shaman.
Law & Order Legacies (PC) - It's amazing how much better Telltale got with their more recent stuff than their earlier stuff. If I weren't a complete police procedural wonk, this wouldn't have lasted long. It's too nit picky, and the actors don't sound anything like the ones from the show. At least it was only and finally $5. Maybe I would have been better off it stayed more forever...
Shin Megami Tensei (iOS) - With Demon's Souls complete, I picked this back up in earnest. I am determined to finally finish a game in this series, and this seems like the right place to start. I'm still very early. I just got to Shinjuku. For better or worse, it seems at least loosely following a FAQ is a good idea if not necessary.
I started playing Ocarina of Time. Navi actually feels refreshingly hands-off after Fi.
Is it worth $40? I seriously thought it was $15 or $20. I don't mind spending $40 on a good game though.
