I got DA:I for Christmas. I forgot pretty much everything from DAO and didn't touch DA2. I also stopped playing DAO after that fucking dwarf section sucked the life out of me.
A podcast I listen to mentioned DA2 favorably and said that DAI has lots of callbacks. So I loaded that game up. Holy shit. It looks like crap, runs like crap, and plays like crap. I really see no reason why this game exists. The fact that this came from Bioware is shocking.
Still working through Deadly Premonition Director's Cut, Spec Ops the Line, NBA2K14, and Super Star Dust.
What is it with BioWare and terrible inventory systems? Sucked in Mass Effect, and all of these years later, sucks in DAI.

I bought DA:I since it was on sale and then discovered Dragon Keep to recreate save files since all mine were lost to hard drive swapping. I then spent hours painstakingly going over every choice and looking up what everything was and who all these people were, so I still haven't even seen more than the menu screen of DA:I. But I'm super prepared now, also having info on some side quests and DLC I never even did.
I just wish Dragon Keep wasn't some horrible abomination of JavaScript and Flash. It's a pretty awesome way to save all the flagged triggers online and briefly revisit what previously happened to refresh my memory.
I have no clue what this Dragon Keep thing is. As someone who never played any of the previous games, would there be any benefit to me going through it?
It's an webpage that ties into your online account. There's a brief voiced overview that runs you through narration of the previous games and lets you make a couple major choices for the Warden and Hawke, and then there's a more in-depth tapestry that covers all the choices. You can also use a randomizer to do all the decisions for you. I'd say it's worth at least the quick overview to give you an idea of what previously happened and the default decisions made, since there's a lot of recurring characters.

GTA5 PS4 - Thank you Gamefly. Wife and I are just chugging through all story bits exclusively this time rather than deliberately taking in all the side missions in the journey as we did before. I think we're close to the end after maybe 12 hours of play. It is visibly better, yeah, but that frame rate variance is difficult to ignore.
DDP DFK Arrange A - Set a new high score recently somehow. Still can't get the clear. I might spend some time on Arrange B with this before finally changing the disc. Haven't spent a lot of time on this lately thanks to the continuous fiasco of the broken elliptical machine, and I really need to do something about that immediately so that I don't have to do another daily treadmill session at the parent's place.
Diablo 3 ROS - Same old shit. Weekends only is plenty for this.
IIDX Pendual - I obtained these cards a while ago, which is necessary for player's progress to be saved. It makes all the difference in the world. Cleared 9 Dan DP a while ago, and during Future Phase at that so it was mirrored. 10 Dan is not happening any time soon at all. That's no big deal, though; I have plenty of songs to remove from the No Play folder and Free Mode allows me to play 12s anyway.
That's more than enough going on at once.
I'm playing through Monster World IV in English on my Everdrive. Man, this game is so darn pretty. I'm also trying out some of these Master System games I got. There are quite a few I never got to spend much time with in the past.
