Ya fuck Chuck. That was absolutely glorious.
1st appearance of the namesake!
Such a great episode, we got a little bit of everything. Gus and Lydia scoping out the laundry was a real surprise.
The only thing I was a little unclear on was Chuck's late night adventure. Did he subject himself to all that just to make a phone call?
I think the major goal: he's funneling his anger into forcing himself to "get over" his sensitivity to remove any vulnerabilities to go after Jimmy again. He was pumping himself to go out in the scene before that. He was humiliated and didn't get what he wanted, Jimmy being disbared. If he just wanted to make that phone call, a cellphone from his house would have been much less painful. I don't think he has a cell phone though and I don't think he has a land line connected either (note the eletricity sound when he pushed the numbers on the public phone, even that freaks him out so I don't think he has a phone).
I liked Jimmy's effort to keep the office open when Kim said she wanted to cut the lease. The office represents a major win for him and it's become a monument to his self esteem.
I have a sneaking suspicion that Jimmy will somehow end up with that Richie Blackmore Stratocaster.
I hope he gets everything he needs and wants in life. [emoji24]
Poor Irene, Jimmy threw that poor old bitch directly under the bus, lol.
